What surprised me most was how quickly an unfamiliar object opened the door to something genuinely personal.The sequence of the mirror followed by writing a letter stood out to me. I've done future-self exercises before, but this felt different. By the time I wrote the letter, my future self no longer felt abstract. It felt like I was reconnecting with someone I already knew.I would describe The Live Dig as an experiential form of reflection—almost like an escape room, except instead of escaping a physical room, you're moving through the layers that can separate you from yourself. Each experience builds on the one before it, and meaning emerges through curiosity rather than being forced.I left realizing that my best self isn't some distant achievement. It's the version of me that's present, grounded, and connected to the people I love.I would absolutely recommend The Live Dig to anyone who wants to slow down, become curious, and hear something true about themselves.
